psx is a framework for developing dynamic websites in php. It is completly object-oriented programmed and modular designed. psx seperate strictly code from design. The template-engine is based on XML and XSLT. By the way psx is of course opensource and available under the GPL v3 license.
What differs psx from other frameworks ?
psx is at the moment a one man project I develop this framework for myself because of
two reasons, first I want to learn developing OOP with php and second to have a base from
which I develop projects. Because this framework is maybe useful for other users I offer
this here as opensource. It is not my intention to make this framework popular like
zend framework or something similar. If you want to develop a small or middle website with
an innovative framework use psx. I can not recommend to use the psx framework in production
enviroment because at the moment Iam the only person who test this framework and I dont
know how it perform under high usage. Nevertheless I think psx is a great framework and
Iam highly motivated to continue developing. If you want to support this project just give
some feedback in the forum or write me an email with your thoughts.
